ONLINE ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS

- AFTER READING THESE INSTRUCTIONS Click on the link below, to access the form.

Complete the contact information on the ticket request form

Click the checkbox in the My Products section next to the word “Ticket”

Enter the number of tickets you are purchasing.

MAKE SURE THE QUANITY OF TICKETS YOU ARE PURCHASING IS CORRECT.

YOUR ACCOUNT WILL BE BILLED FOR THE QUANITY SHOWING.

WE WILL NOT BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR OVER ORDERING TICKETS.

Click on the method of Payment:

PayPal – if you have a PayPal account

PayPal Credit – if you have a PayPal Credit account
-
Credit/Bank card of your choice

You will then be taken to the appropriate site for the method of payment you chose for processing and submitting your payment.

After submitting your purchase, a thank you page will be shown.

If you entered an e-mail address, you will be sent an e-mail receipt.

If you did not enter or don’t have an e-mail address, PRINT THE THANK YOU PAGE.
- Once your payment is approved, you will be contacted by a member of the Alumni Association.

You will be asked if you want to pick up your ticket(s) at our WILL CALL TABLE at the Ball
Or

Have your ticket(s) mailed to the address on the form. TICKETS WILL NOT BE MAILED AFTER NOVEMBER 15, 2019. They can only be picked up at the WILL CALL TABLE at the Ball.
